Creative Movement
Girls wear pink leotard, pink footless or convertible tights.
Boys wear black leggings or bike shorts, plain white tee shirt fitted or tucked in. No technique shoes worn at this level.
Primary and Pre-Ballet
Girls wear pink leotard, pink footed or convertible tights, pink technique shoes.
Boys wear black leggings, or bike shorts, plain white tee shirt fitted or tucked in, black technique shoes.
Ballet
Female - black leotard, pink tights, pink technique shoes.
Male - black tights or leggings, or bike shorts, plain white tee shirt fitted or tucked in and black or white technique shoes.
Jazz, Contemporary and Tap
Female -
black leotard, unitard, tights or leggings in either capri or ankle length.
Male -
black tights or leggings, or bike shorts, plain black tee shirt fitted or tucked in and black technique shoes.
Lower heel black tap shoes recommended for all tap students.
Jazz Funk
- Hair should be pulled back and secured.
- Bring clean sneakers or tennis shoes (preferably not worn outside).
- Dress in athletic type clothing with supportive wear underneath.
- Top: Leotard and/or T-Shirt okay
- Bottom: Leggings, athletic shorts/pants (knee pads recommended)
General Requirements
- No skirts or skirted leotards in any class.
- Leotard sleeve length optional.
- Warm-ups over leotards must be form-fitting, same color as leotard, with instructor’s permission only.
- Adult students only may wear warm-ups over leotard and tights during class.
- No jewelry except small earrings.
- Hair must be neatly and securely tied back for all classes.
- No ponytails. No bangs.
We encourage the purchase of class leotards, tights, shoes, and hair supplies at our dance store. All proceeds help support our program.
