Pacific School of Dance offers pre-professional ballet training along with jazz/modern and tap in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Our students are given the best possible training in a professional atmosphere whether or not a career in dance is planned. We are a part of the local Boys & Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon.

Students from Pacific School of Dance have been accepted to prestigious dance schools throughout the country including:

North Carolina School of the Arts, American Ballet Theatre School, Ballet West School, Cornish College of the Arts, Boston Ballet School, Joffrey Ballet School, Purchase Conservatory, Oregon Ballet Theatre School, The Checcetti Council, the New School, NYC, Brigham Young University Dance School, California College of the Arts.

Located in the former Eastside Elementary School in Coos Bay, which has been converted to accommodate approximately 175 students, the school provides:

·Four bright, open studios with windows, mirrors and barres.
·Dance floors with Harlequin vinyl over sprung wood.
·A spacious student room providing a homework, waiting, changing and snackarea.
·A parent waiting area with comfy couches.
·A convenient drop-off area for students in front of the building.
·Pilates classes that provide mats, fitness circles and balls to enhance mat work.
