Dress Requirements

BASIC DANCE: Girls wear pink footless tights, pink leotards; boys wear black leggings or bike shorts, white tee shirts tucked in. No shoes required at this level. PREPARATORY: girls wear pink leotards, footed tights, technique shoes; boys wear black leggings or bike shorts, white tee shirts tucked in, black technique shoes. BALLET: Female - black leotard, pink tights, pink technique shoes; Male - black unitard, tights/leggings or bike shorts, white or black tee shirt fitted and neatly tucked in and black technique shoes. JAZZ/MODERN: Female - black leotard and tights; Male - black unitard, tights/leggings or bike shorts, white or black tee shirt fitted and neatly tucked in; Both - black jazz shoes. TAP: Black unitards, leotard, tights (black shorts or dance skirts )K); black tap shoes. Flat shoes recommended for beginner. JEANS AND BAGGY OR LOOSE CLOTHING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN ANY CLASS.

Appropriate colors and styles of dance attire available in The Dancewear Shop. We carry a complete line of brand name quality dance and gymnastics wear and shoes; ballet technique split sole, jazz split sole and beginner tap shoes. We specialize in Danskin, Sansha and Revolution. All proceeds from the shop are considered our yearly fundraiser and are used to help further the program. Our office and dancewear shop is open Monday - Thursday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm during the school year, summer hours may vary.
